Refund policy

You may return products within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

• Must be unused
• Must be returned in its original packaging
• Must include proof of purchase

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product arrives damaged or defective.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Products ordered in the wrong size
• Improper use of the product
• Delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier

If your product arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the damaged item.
